Phi Sigma Kappa - ΦΣΚ Fraternity at West Virginia University - WVU 4.0 They have consistently been number one for a least 4 years now. They throw down the most and the best and have insane theme parties like the car smash and yoglo. No one can really compete with them. Only frat that’s still kinda hard to get a bid at but the brotherhood is insanely close. Also the only frat that doesn’t need to have joint parties which is why they don’t really get along well with other frats. Phi sig is the clear number one and is going to stay that way for a while.
