Phi Sigma Kappa - ΦΣΚ Fraternity at West Virginia University - WVU 3.4 As far as the game fun fraternity on campus goes, everyone knows it's Phi Sig. Pretty similar to Pike but more rowdy. All of the phi Sigs I know are funny, cute and there's every kind of guy here. The older ones go squad deep to every music festival and I think that's also cool

Sick, they "roll deep" to music festivals. That's usually what friends do everywhere in America. Am i wrong? Still confused how that has to contribute to someone being cool.
