So Xi should have kept these toxic girls because they were hot? The continued negative actions of this group were bringing this group down. They still have solid numbers and solid sisters. A good recruitment and they will be fine. Lots on this website had DG sinking after their drama two years ago and they are doing fine.

They are a good Fraternity and one of the few I think deserve to be on this campus. For being a relative new Fraternity, they have some decent influence. However, saying SAE "worked the system" is not accurate. We had plenty of alumni who actually helped SAE retain a house despite our Fraternities being friendly rivals. It wasn't necessarily the will of SAE but rather an mixed alumni consensus to push out more the undesirable Fraternities, a la PiKapp. So giving SAE all the credit is unwarranted

Very nice guys that deserved their house back. The parties I've been to weren't that great though so hopefully a house might help. Overall, great Fraternity but they have room to grow! Best of luck!!!
