I couldn't help but notice just how truly bad their FallFest party was. As I walked up and down the row I saw KA, Phi Sig, TKE, etc. then at the top of the steps I saw Pike/Theta Chi/Sigma Chi ,FIJI/SAE, and even Alpha Sig all having great parties with lots of girls and people having a great time. However, you look at the very 1st house in the area and it is 20 guys in cargos and 4-5 girls watching the concerts. It was DTD in a hilariously accurate nutshell.

Honestly these dudes threw it down this weekend. Went all out from move-in day through today. Yard was loaded with girls, even had Eli Young come through their place, everyone was chill and you can tell these guys are all boys. I'm a sophomore and didn't rush last year but after seeing them Get this house, they're making moves to the top. Solid through and through with all aspects in the frat. They're for real now.

At least ten Fall 14's dropped as well as a dozen Fall 13's transferring/dropping/g etting kicked out. This sorority does have the looks but the sisterhood is not there. The only thing that looks good for them are they get the hottest pledge classes but that honestly only means something for so long. Why be in a sorority with no sisterhood and constant drama?
