These guys had a party tonight and in all honesty it was pretty live, but guys, keep your beer cold. Every 15 minutes they were refilling their huge metal tub with room temperature beer and people were just diving after it and not giving it time to cool. People want cold beer. Set up a bar and keep all of the beer behind it so that it is cold... Or invest in a bigger tub. Something so that people don't have to drink warm beer. Other than that, good parties with lots of people.

Hung around their house a little when they had some parties the first week. Everyone seemed nice, but definitely lack an identity. There's a good bit of the typical Frat guys, some nerds, and a few strange kids. Seems like they have a mix of three regions; Maryland, Pittsburgh and West Virginia.
