you can't deny they're top tier, because top tier is really defined by which sororities the fraternities like most, .. come on. they have sooooo much potential to be more classy though. its kinda sad. learn to use makeup properly and be nicer.

Think very highly of themselves. Not fun at all to party with. Very awkward and very boring. Hopefully the new girls will be more social because they are starting to become the soriority no one wants to hang out with.

Theta chi at wvu is not that great compared to a bunch of other chapters I've met. They're just a bunch of average dudes who get the decent looking sorority. Overall, not a top tier fraternity.

One of the neatest groups of young men I have ever met. Their parties are really neat . Most of the brothers are a lot of fun and know how to dress neat. All and all a very neat place to be
