They may not have a house, but this is my absolute favorite fraternity to go to. Their parties are always tons of fun, the boys are total sweethearts, and they are down to party any day with anyone. If they could get a house, they would be top tier in no time.

These are literally the douchiest guys on campus. They are a bunch of try-hards who can't throw a decent party to save their own lives. They think they're the best frat, but the only people who like them or party with them are their girlfriends.
