Kids are decent, a real fraternity in terms of community service campus involvement and real brotherhood. Not known as big partier or lady killers but they're solid. Getting the phi psi house should help them out.

Used to be good but recently has had a lot of girls kicked out. I've heard so many girls talking about other members, its sad. Poor sisterhood.
