Upper middle tier. The older ones used to be really pretty and nice. Their biggest competitions were dg and kappa. These current phis have no sisterhood, take it from someone who dropped during pledge period. I thought they were so cute but apparently there is no sisterhood, and the girls aren't even cute anymore
