Not getting a house anytime soon and not frat at all. Sign on the line and become a member, no brotherhood whatsoever. It'll be interesting to see if they can survive without a house

Pretty much not doing anything. Their party room is definitely inflated. The new IFC rules will hurt their status as a party Fraternity, which is honestly their only status. Guys don't bring too much back to the University. Seem to be a liability for the rest of the Greeks.

Not trying to be too mean but just want to keep it accurate. A lot of brothers don't even know all of their brothers. Which is a shame. They're never getting that house on the hill, so they'll be squatting other houses in the future. The only influence is having the SGA President, which doesn't mean too much. In the scheme of things their pretty irrelevant.

Headed downhill if I had to give them a direction. Most of the animal house frat stars have left which attracted my sorority and others in the past. Can't rememeber the last time a sister of mine has been there. Spring recruitment only got them around 6 pledges? Nice house but party room is never used. Irrelevant fraternity or damn near close
