It's kind of a shame that they're so irrelevant. They don't bring too much to the table and instigate a lot of trouble at their parties. Some guys there that should've graduated about 5 years ago.

Most are socially awkward or slightly off. Gooble Gobble, glad I'm not one of them. Saying they'll be a top house is quite the fantasy. They shared a house with KA (not saying much) but they hardly did anything to improve their position.

Haha looks like SAE and DTD are having a brawl over that house. I'll sit back and watch. The Delts I know are pretty chill. Parties could be better but I can imagine it's hard without a legit house. Seem to be moving in the right direction though. Everyone keeps saying their pledge class is very strong this year. Glad my Fraternity is chill with them our joint parties should be savage
