For having a house for one year, not bad. Fun parties, big chapter, and cool guys, definitely need to improve a bit but as time goes on they’ll get better. Seems like they always had something going on this year

This is NOT a new Sorority. It is a historically Black sorority which has been on campus since the 1980s. Many folks rating the sorority poorly "think" it is "new" but are actually ignorant to the fact that DST is a part of the National Panhellenic Council, and they have no business rating the sorority at all.

These girls are okay. You could definitely be in a worst sorority. The girls are just weird and not very fun. Our social with them was terrible. They are a bottom tier sorority but not below PiBetaPhi I would say they are right above PiPhi and tied with DG.

Definitely climbing the ladder. Our social with them was fun and girls actually showed up unlike some sororities. They have a good looking pledge class this year with girls who are nice and hot.

Imagine being obsessed with Sigma Nu? Girls just give off a weird vibe. I don’t think I can name a girl in Xi cus they arent relevant on campus. They do a lot of recruiting in the lair which is odd

Coming from a guy this is by far my favorite sorority. I meet new girls from chi O all the time and every time they are so nice and fun to chill with. Great combination of being hot but not thinking that they are better than everyone else.
