better than some Fraternities with a house...although thats not saying too much. I can tolerate their brothers compared to some of the others. Still cant compete with top tier houses like Phi Sig but a house can only help them. Their pretty low key...which may be good since some many fraternities are on the chopping block. Overall they are still new but decent.
