Kappa Delta Rho - ΚΔΡ Fraternity at Tarleton State University - TSU 2.6 As a student, I personally think KDR is more about quantity over quality. I've met mostly guys who are full of themselves, when it's not attractive at all. Only have met a few cool members. Majority of them are weird..
