I'm not a part of the sorority but looking from the outside they seem to only care about their image which isn't bad or anything but I have only ever met like 5 really genuine girls out of their whole chapter. The rest just seem snobby and rude to people. I don't think that its right for them to just accept girls that they would never even consider in a million years just to show "diversity".

Phi Mu is an outstanding sorority. Most of the girls I hang around are in this sorority. I’ve made sincere bonds with these girls and from the outside looking in, I can say they’re incredible people.

This group of women have grown so much over the years and are trying to make a name for themselves. They are very genuine and care about YOU, not how much money your parents have or anything of that sort.
