PLEASE HELP - COB or Spring Rush

Just in case I do not get a bid from a chapter I feel is right for me, is there COB option or Spring recruitment? Or if I get to know girls in multiple sororities and we get along great, can that maybe help? I'm worried....

Once you have signed your card, you cannot go through recruitment for a year I think. My advice, accept the bid you receive. This house wanted you and saw that you would bring something to their sisterhood.
