They are the guys who are trying to be a top tier/big party fraternity and just have none of the capabilities to pull it off. Weird but new house, weird guys.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Western Kentucky University - WKU 3.8 I didn't have a problem with any of them until one of them tried to kiss me at a party. Needless to say I have had confusing thoughts ever since.

Everyone knows Phi Delts are a little girly but pretending to be a girl and rating your own fraternity up is hilarious. Phi Delt is literally the joke of WKU. The house they are building is the crappiest on the row, and they hang out with the bottom tier sorority girls. Enough said.

They have some creeps though, and there are still negatives with them. But, they are smart classy gentlemen, most of them anyways
