vvvv They don't have the longest pledge-ship on campus. They do have a hell week for the pledges the first week back to school each semester, but they aren't the last to initiate, not even close.

The people on here saying things like Sigma Chi not having brotherhood and give bids to everyone obviously do not know these guys. There are reasons why they have the longest pledgship and the biggest fraternity. Best at sports and throw great parties. There's also a difference between being clicky and being diverse. Best guys on campus!

I think the Phi's are great. They are a group of some of the most genuine and down to earth guys I know. Everyone of them is super loyal to each other and would do anything for their brothers. They are super social and i love spending time with them.

i love these boys. they may not be the at the top of greek life but they are all really good guys and they are always down for a good time! people just dont take the time to get to know them.

I don't know why this organization is even on here. They are the by far the worst frat on campus which includes phi delt and they lost there charter. Fraternities don't get along but the one thing we agree on is that this organization is a joke. Hope walking dogs with potentials got you alot of pledges. Keep up the good work gdi's!

Funny to see people say these things, when they know nothing of the brotherhood or involvement. Parties are the same everywhere. They don't give bids to everyone it's very selective process, what happens when your the BIGGEST and BEST on campus and in the nation!

Just started hanging with these guys this semester great guys! also Ive been around other fraternity and this one is one of the top fraternities
