from experience, these guys are total punks. I guess they could still be considered good frat, but these guys still think and act like they are still #1 on campus, which is far from true. not cool guys at all, just the typical frat douches. maybe 3 cool guys in the whole chapter.

Farmhouse is so cool. They are some of the chillest dudes on campus. You get a great mix of preppy and country guys in this frat, and the parties I've been to are really fun. Love these guys

Their rush is very superficial and unenjoyable. Although the girls I talked to seemed pretty nice, they were seriously uninterested in anything I had to say, yet I still had to carry the conversation. Came off snotty. The girls are too worried about their image and their name to focus on their sisterhood. Although they are pretty girls, they are superficial and very uninteresting.

AGD is really starting to step it up. They're becoming more involved and more prevalent on campus. Their new pledge class is overall very attractive, cool, & chill girls and they seem like they can really lead the Chapter well. Good to see them getting back to where they were, if not better than before. Nice work ladies!
