Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at University of South Alabama - USA 4.4 This chapter is so sweet! I don’t know why aoii gets such a bad rep, they seem really genuine! I wish they would be a little more involved with campus but other than that they seem really nice!

Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at University of South Alabama - USA 3.2 I do not recommend if you want to join a sorority to be involved. They’re barely involved on campus and anywhere and don’t seem super into their sisterhood. Really sweet girls tho!

Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at University of South Alabama - USA 4.7 This sorority has been one of the best in past years. They did have one bad pc that was incoming class of 2025. Understand that a sorority holds u to standards. If u don’t want to participate in the work, chapters, fundraisers but want a place to party or notoriety for what aopi was in the past then u should look elsewhere. There are rules with all sororities and it is to be taken seriously. If u are looking for popularity outside of it and then don't want to bring anything to the table then I don't recommend this sorority. Every single sorority on this campus has had its problems and cycles. If you are looking for straight up attention seeking behavior and partying then this isn’t going to fulfill you. This sorority wants involvement and yeah they do have an image that can’t be torn to shreds by girls that don’t give a crap. Some of the kindest and brightest have gone Aopi. I can’t name a sorority on this campus that hasn’t passed judgement in some form. If u put forth respect you will get it in return.

These girls used to be some of the most popular and impressive on the row but they have taken a fast fall straight to the bottom. Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at University of South Alabama - USA 1.4 They are so worried about what every other sorority does it is unreal. Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at University of South Alabama - USA 2.0 With recruitment coming up, I just want to save some of the incoming freshman from making the same mistake I did. Do not be fooled by AOIIs recruitment. Going in, I felt such a connection with two other houses but the last night of recruitment, AOII laid it on heavy with the tears and an almost theatrical display of showing how close their sisterhood is. The truth is, AOII wants girls who will help them WIN. They seek out academics and athletes, but then once you are in you realize quickly that in daily life these types of girls are not valued by this sorority. In fact, many of us who fall into that category of making A's and keeping ourselves fit and being social get torn down behind the scenes for it. God help you if you're someone who boys like, because the average girls in this sorority are going to go holier than thou on you and look down their nose at you. They disguise a lot of their jealousy with being sisters in Christ. As a religious person myself I can tell you it's anything but Christian how they behave. This sorority's goody two shoes groups snuff out the brightest shining lights of the bunch. If you have too many friends outside AOII or from other sororities, or God forbid you or your friends get a boyfriend, you'll be talked about by the girls living in the house nonstop. Several of my friends in AOII wish they had gone with other sororities. If you're smart, athletic, and outgoing, don't let yourself become one of their statistics they use to prop up their GPA or win dance competitions. Go with KD, Chi O, Phi Mu, ANYONE but AOII.
