These guys are on the come up for sure. Little shabby in the past, but in the past two years I’ve seen a turnaround. They used to stay off campus in a shack but now they got a spot on campus. They throw pretty good parties and from what I’ve heard recently they had one of the top GPAs for fraternities.

Had to continuously give girls bids during the year because girls kept dropping. Don’t fall for them during recruitment, it’s all fake. Most of the nice girls that do join end up leaving.
