ATO isn't that bad of a frat contrary to what a lot of the reviews on GR say about them. They've got the highest GPA on campus, have a lot of their guys involved in student government and organizations, have close to 40 guys, and do a lot of good philanthropy work. That being said, they still have a lot of downside. They don't have a house or any alumni base whatsoever, which is really hurting them when it comes to getting respect, money, and recognition, their swaps and parties really aren't that great compared to the other frats, and their brotherhood has a lot of weird guys in it. Like there's one guy in their frat that's gotta be 40 years old, another guy who's like 4 foot tall and looks exactly like Tyrion Lannister from Game of Thrones, and another guy who looks like a full grown version of Mini-me from Austin Powers. Their president also has a reputation for being an arrogant two-faced jerk that thinks he's better than everyone and talks down to people alot. Still, they are a frat that is making it on a campus where Greek Life is almost nonexistent, so that's saying a lot about what they've done in a short time. If you get a bid from them, seriously consider it. They'll get bigger and better with time, but if you're looking for an established frat with a house, alumni base, and money, they can't really offer you that rn because they just don't have all the other stuff that all the other frats have because they've never had a chapter or any history at South.

Honestly if you go through recruitment they seem genuinely sweet but it’s all an ACT!!!! Happiest girls on campus? Try fakest girls on campus!! Alpha gam is the fakest house on campus. They are trying to rise from the bottom but still can’t seem to. Fall recruitment they let a lot of GOOD girls go who actually wanted to be there bc they weren’t “pretty” or what they think should represent a sorority girl. Out of Pc ‘18 they’ve already had atleast half of the girls drop. And if you think any of the other sororities party, just wait!! Wether it’s a Thursday night or a random frat party, I promise you’ll see more alpha gams there than boys! All the good rates on here are posted by then bc they know potential new girls are you to look through here and they don’t want everyone seeing the truth.

Super fun and amazing girls! I am GDI and I always see them together having a blast! They are extremely welcoming and always down for a good time, definitely one of the better sororities on campus.
