What is AEPi exactly is it recognized by National and not the campus? Than what is apes? Can someone explain the two who is coming on to campus when??

AEPi is getting recolonized by about like 40 dudes this coming fall. Great kids. APES was AEPi like 3 years ago until they were booted. No affiliation to the national AEPi anymore.

So does the new AEPi get to come back on campus or do they have to serve the ban that the original AEpi/Apes group received?

Apes isn't recognized regardless. Apes is an off campus "organization" (i use that term loosely) so no one can ban them from the city.
