bids this year

Every year most girls get bids. Pretty much if stay in recruitment the whole way through, you'll get a bid. Basically the only girls who don't get bids are girls who remove themselves from rush at some point or decline a bid on bid day (and then tell all their friends all the sororities cut them😒) There are exceptions though, low grades, a prior known reputation or incident whatever. Honestly unless it is grades very rarely does a PNM get cut by all the sororities.
PNMS love to complain about the recruitment system, but what they don't actually realize is the system is in place to make sure the MOST PNMS are placed in a sorority! Now, they might not get the one they thought they initially wanted, but they will get a bid somewhere. The recruitment systems is called RFM and its used on most college campuses. I can explain it if you want but it's like really long to type out lol.
