Oh my gosh yes!! You're not segregated once you're in a chapter. My roommates are in different chapters and have so many other friends from other sororities in other chapters.
It's not just greek life stuff you meet them on either, after 2 and half years here i see it all the time that plenty of people in and out of greek life meet and can become friends even outside mixers and greek team events.
