disappointed
by: PnmReally upset because I got cut from a large number of sororities and was only left with the 2 I didn't click with. And all this in the first round, which I think was because of my gpa. Plus I'm a sophomore so there's no trying again next year.worst part is I didn't even know I wanted to be in a sorority until I rushed. Is there anything else I can do?

Saying you didn't click with an entire sorority at this point is crazy. You met 3-5 girls from an organization of over 200. If they're inviting you back they see something in you, trust that and keep going through. If bid day comes and you don't see yourself in a group, sign that bid anyway. Go through the experience and when it comes to initiation (and paying dues) if you're really unsure, then bow out.
So many girls miss out on great experiences because they didn't click with 15 girls from a sorority during a two week process. You never know what your pledge class or other members are like until you give them a chance.

you've talked to a limited number of girls in each sorority and you aren't going to know how you "click" with a sorority by only talking to the girls you've met during rush. Remember this: the girls in those sororities know who would fit in their sisterhood much better than you do. If they keep asking you back, its because they can see you as part of their sisterhood. Stick with it and try it out if you get a bid. Don't sabotage your own chance at joining a sorority because of your interactions with a few girls.
