How common is it not to receive a bid during recruitment?

It's VERY unlikely that you would not get a bid at all. I personally do not know anyone who has not gotten any bid but many girls will drop out of recruitment because they feel they don't like the houses they are left with during rush

i just transferred to UD in the fall and i want to rush this spring, because i am a junior will that decrease my chances of getting a bid?

Thanks! I've heard that too that you would just have to absolutely blow it to not get one.

From what I know of, it almost never happens. As long as you maximize your options and consider every house you should be fine.
