KDR's social scene has not been very good since their big bust. I wouldn't put them anywhere near Theta Chi and Phi Psi

Unless you're Sigma Chi who was top at the time of their boot, it's gonna be hard to have a relevant social scene if the fraternity is on social probation.

I think pi kapp and apes are both on a solid rise while Fiji is slowing down from their rise and both will be better then Fiji soon
