2016 fraternity tiers

Some of the lists on here are so ridiculous, so I thought I would make one that's actually well thought out and unbiased.
Top Tier:
Sig Nu/Sig Ep>KA
SAE>Kappa Sig
The top 3 are great all around, girls love Sig Ep, but they don't haze so they're not all that tight. Sig Nu is pretty well-balanced, KA throws down, but are considered by a lot of people to just be douches. Kappa Sig's house is sick but outside that they're average.
Middle Tier:
Sig Pi>FIJI
Pi Kapp/Theta Chi>Phi Psi/DTD
KDR
Lower Tier:
Lamba Chi
Alpha Sig/ZBT/DKE
AEPi

You have the two softest fraternities in your top tier over SAE and Kap Sig who have better parties. Kids in Sig Ep got bullied in high school and didn't lose their virginity until sophomore year of college and Kids in Sig Nu lost their virginity last weekend to their dad's behind an Arby's

like what kind of person sits down and takes 20 minutes out of there day to fill out a ranking on this website? None of these are accurate because those are the kind of people filling out these rankings. Get a life

Is below Alpha Sig and Lambda Chi. If you actually compare the guys in those fraternities, the social scene, who they mix with, what they do, how involved they are, how well liked they are, how good their last pledge classes were... DTD IS below Alpha Sig and Lambda Chi. Putting them in the same sentence as Phi Psi is ridiculous. Probably the least liked fraternity on campus.

And what about Phi Psi man? I think it's time we start looking at them as a top tier fraternity. Possibly even throwing DTD in there as well
