sorority rush logistics

I sadly couldn't go to the info night-- I had a test. Where is Round one actually held - at Trabant or the sorority houses ? And we wear the PNM shirt for the first 3 rounds? AND, do we add a headshot photo to our application? Someone said no, but the application asks for a photo.
