rushing spring semester as junior?

Transferred here last semester. My GPA is below minimum for on campus frats. If I pull my grades up, am I likely to receive a bid in the spring in spite of my age? I'm aware the some fraternities are more likely to give bids to juniors than others, though not many. Which ones are likely to do so?

Probably DKE. It's would be very difficult to get a bid from any of the other ones
