by: .If I decide to Rerush next year is it dumb to tell people during rounds I dropped will they think that's bad or should I just not say anything?

Unless you actually had a good reason to drop (ie. a death in the family, illness, heavy course load) I wouldn't say anything. Saying you dropped is basically saying "I think the system is stupid because the chapters that I had weren't good enough so like second times a charm!"
