Do any sororities do informal fall rush?

Only sororities who didn't make quota. So that would be dg this year. Again.

Will a sorority have to go through fall rush if they lose a few members now? So If, for example, Theta has 91 new members, but let's say 5 of them drop out in the next few weeks. Since that puts Theta below the quota, would they have to go through rush?

For the Greek life office. Honestly, don't count on anything. If a sorority is something you really want, try informal recruitment with whoever is offering it. Even if it's just dg. I know people will jump on me and tell me I'm a dg saying this (I'm not) but they actually got a good group of girls in their PC, they're just plagued by this "bottom" stereotype so they can't get the numbers. Give them a shot.

From a rho gamma's perspective, most of the girls who got their DG bid on bid day were actually really happy. And the ones who weren't quite as happy but actually went to bid day thanked their rho gams later for encouraging them to give it a shot. You might not think you being in a certain sorority could ever make you happy, but you might be surprised.
