If I was dropped from a sorority, then drop out alltogether but that sorority doesn't meet their quota, can I be called back?

Maybe....there is a thing called snap bidding where if a sorority doesn't meet quota they'll call PNMs, but I think that only applies to PNMs who were invited back to the sorority but dropped. I could be wrong, though.

This has been posted about before, but snap bidding is an option available to sororities that did not meet quota. Chapters may offer bids to potential new members who dropped out of recruitment. Sororities usually only extend snap bids to girls they were still extending invites to. So you have sorority A left during philanthropy, but you drop out. If sorority A doesn't meet quota, they will probably be calling you to extend you a snap bid. There is something else called quota additions which apply to PNMs who go to pref and maximize their options, but I will bump the thread that talks about that because it can kind of me confusing.

Also don't count on getting a snap bid to the chapter you want. If you dropped from rush because you got dropped from a top house, chances are they will get quota and won't be giving out snap bids.

Also sororities really only give snap bids to girls they were still inviting back. Getting dropped from a chapter means they do not see you as a member. They wouldn't snap bid someone they already said no to.
