What are the chances you get your #1 choice after preference round? I am nervous that I will get my second choice which I am not as excited about as my number 1. Is there a good chance i'll get my first choice on bid day?

I am in the same boat as you. Hoping also. Been hearing so many things. Some say that if you get invited to pref round it's a very good chance you will get a bid. That this round is where the PMN's decide if they fit with the sorority...then I have heard the opposite. Who knows. LOL

No one can tell you your odds or whatnot of getting A bid from certain chapter. What I can say is if you maximize your options, you will most likely be getting a bid from one of them because that is how the system works.
