It's possible. You are required to go to any chapter's event that you're invited back to, if you refuse you'll be dropped from the whole process.

Yes; you have to go into every sorority's room the first round and then go to every sorority that invites you back for the rest of recruitment. This is so you can maximize your options and really get a good feel for as many chapters as possible. You'll get kicked out for deliberately refusing to go because it's incredibly rude and disrespectful, and no chapter wants a girl with those traits.
