This web site is a poor reflection of UD Greek Life. Ladies stop bashing on each other and let the PNMs find the sisterhood that is best for them. You should be supporting one another and not trying to bring people down. It only reflects poorly on your character.

just because someone has something nice to say about a sorority doesnt mean it is that chapter trying to make themselves look good...it could also just be someone being genuinely nice. SHOCKER.

Hi! Im coming to UD in the fall and i was wondering, how much does it help to know girls in chapters before rush? i know rush is in spring apparently so we have time to get to know sorority girls in our classes, but if I dont have an opportunity to make friends will that affect my rush? My potential roommate also has a sister in a sorority here already and we want to rush together so will that affect rush for me if we are rushing together? Also how important are grades? Do i need like a 4.0?

IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING RUSHING: don't pay attention to this site. One of the biggest mistakes you can make is to join a house because you've heard they have a reputation as being one of the better ones when in reality you don't like any of the girls. YOU WILL NOT ENJOY IT. First hand experience. Join a house THAT YOU LIKE. Don't be fooled by the superficial, reputation-based rankings on these site because they are actually irrelevant when it comes down to it

This site is ridiculous. There is no such thing as a 'top house' at UD, and even if people consider a house better than another it's just talk. ALL the ladies of the greek community are incredible women. We're all top houses. greek love <3

Seriously...you're going to hear some horrible, hateful things if you listen to the gossip and believe that you'll only accept "these five" or "those six" sororities. EVERY house....even the ones you'll hear are "the worst"...EVERY house has outstanding, beautiful women. EVERY house also has some...challenges.
Look for the bad, and you'll find it.
Look for the good, and you'll find it.
The best thing you can do is look for a place where you feel comfortable and welcomed.
