bid night

This is a question for girls who already went through recruitment!
There's a chance that I might have to come late to bid night because of a family obligation. I'm just wondering if that will make it harder for me to bond with girls in my pledge class..do people usually buddy up on that first night?

Kind of but not really. Like there are so many more chances! But bid night is really and fun so as long as you go for any part it'll be great :)

You'll be fine. There were girls at my bid day who had to leave for sports practices and they are just as much a part of the chapter. No need to stress, but I HIGHLY recommend going if you can.

Everyone else is right, don't worry about it !! Bid day is a rush of emotions, you meet like 200 people and you're running around and having fun all night, but chances are you won't really specifically remember anyone's name or make super close bonds until your first meeting with the rest of your new member class.
