Whatever color you feel like! Most sororities wear black dresses (DG wears navy blue and last year ADPi wore royal blue and someone wore red i think. Can't remember) but that doesn't mean you can't
This is a chance to dress how you like. I won't really tell you what exactly to wear but I will definitely give you suggestions of what NOT to wear...
Don't wear a dress you would wear to go to a club or someone's party in their basements. Like a skin tight bandage dress or something super short. We all wear them just not the time/place for them.
Don't wear a style just because it is trendy. Like when I went through there was a girl in my rush group who bought a lilly pulitzer dress just because she thought that is what sorority girls wear so it makes sense to wear it. Well, most lilly dresses are shift dress and it was TOTALLY not flattering on her. Also, not all sorority girls wear lilly (it has kind of become a joke) so you are much better off wearing a dress you like and you know fits you and your body well.
Don't go too formal. This is nice, but not that nice. No sequins, tulle, or prom dresses. Something you would wear to a wedding or to church or something.
Don't stress too much, if a sorority is going to extend you a bid, they won't change their mind because of the dress you are wearing.
