Well they bring down the sorting hat, you go up and they put it on your head, and BOOM it sorts you into your sorority.\n\n\n\n\nBut really the girls you meet in the sororities do. Sorry, but who did you honestly think would be doing this? They meet you, get to know you as much as they can, and will invite who they want to the next round. Sorority Members select their new members. That's why people say trust the process and you end up where you are meant to be. So, any sorority that keeps inviting you back obviously wants you (all sororities make cuts, despite what people think. Even the so called "lower" ones).
