How much do Fraternities care about GPA during rush? Is having a 2.5 gonna defer them from giving you a bid?

whats with all this gpa bs this semester... if you are well liked by the fraternity as a whole you will get a bid. some fraternities might care more than others but generally its not a huge factor

if you have under a 2.5 they will have to underground you, so no official bid through the school. But frats like DTD won't give you a bid cause they pride themselves on academics. But it pretty much doesn't matter.

What are the chances that a frat will underground you?

I'd say like a little over half of the frats do underground. Then out of those, I'd say like 5-8 (I'm not sure) literally don't care at all about your grades if they like you. Then a few of them will have to really like you to accept you as underground.
