who hazes?

Honestly, no one really knows about who hazes and who doesn't. There are rumors about every chapter but none of my friends in AEPhi have every told me anything about hazing while girls in other chapters have told me stuff. I would just know what you are and aren't okay with before signing a bid and feel it out from there

AEPhi does not haze. no sororities on this campus will haze and nobody puts you in a position that you're uncomfortable.
With fraternities, yes.
Sororities, no.

Lots of groups on campus haze. No one is going to talk about it if they do, and all will deny it. They never tell you where you need to be until 10 minutes before, you get a text saying "get here now". They feed you alcohol. You meet a lot of brothers from their favorite frat. They keep you in big rooms with your pledge class to make you bond. It's nothing all that terrible.

Also, generally, lower tier groups haze less.

The one thing aephi does that's a turn off for me (but not hazing) is they make new members take sisters from the pledge class above them out on dates. every.single.one. And then the girls have to sign off on it. In most sororities older sisters looking for littles will ask YOU out to lunch, which I think is more welcoming and you don't necessarily have to bend over backwards to meet all of them.
