Is a reccomendation letter needed? Or even useful? Should I get one/ whom should reccomend me?

I think they can be useful, but not 100% necessary. I know for my chapter when we had a girl with a letter of rec it made her easier to distinguish from the 50 other Michelles who have long brown hair and are accounting majors.
Very few people bother to get letters of rec at UD, but if you happen to have a family friend or someone who can write you one, go for it!
