composition of a top tier fraternity
by: BruhWhat makes you a top tier fraternity is a combination of multiple factors. Campus-wide perception, female perception, frequency of parties, attendance of parties (Do you let randoms in?/Do the girls who come have social status or good looks?/DAYDRINKS (This is an underestimated one. If you can't throw a good dage every so often I'm sorry, but you are not up to par with top fraternities at Delaware), Real Estate (How many houses does your chapter have? Are they in a good location? Are they big enough?) and Academics (If your entire chapter has a 2.5, it's probably not a good thing.) The culmination of all of these is what makes an elite fraternity. Not just "Do you even mix with alpha phi brooo??". Think a little, people.

Your version of top tier or everyone else's? Hahaha Sig Pi, Fiji and Theta Chi aren't top tier
