Sig Ep, Sig Nu, KA
Top fraternities on campus. Have two way mixers with the top 4 sororities all the time. Good parties all around. All pretty involved on campus besides KA (slowly falling after a crap pledge class). They do have a dope house though.
SAE, FIJI, Kappa Sig, Sig Pi, KDR
Lower top to upper middle fraternities. All throw down and have decent mixers from my understanding. There could be some movement here. SAE don't have a pledge process anymore. Kappa Sig and Sig Pi are holding onto reputations due to housing and were better years ago. FIJI has made drastic strides in the past year or so. KDR seems to have moved on from the crap days of the past.
Pi Kapp, DTD, Theta Chi
The standard middle tier. All nice dudes who have good parties from time to time. Throw good day drinks but haven't heard much about good night parties.
Phi Psi, Lambda Chi
Phi Psi is a newer frat that still is trying to make a name for itself. Lambda Chi are kind of weird but they have a dope house.
Alpha Sig, ZBT
Alpha Sig was new last year, so it is going to be tough for them to move up anytime soon. ZBT have parties every weekend but they have a poor reputation at Delaware.
APES (AEPi) and MACHI (Sig Chi) are both off campus.

Whoever wrote that first comment has no idea what they're talking about, nothing on this site should be used for rush purposes because it's mostly kids trying to pump up their own fraternities. And god damn was this thing written by a KDR, because no one in their right mind would try and lump them in the group they were placed

I liked it. I thought it was accurate and insightful. On the other hand, FRESHMEN SHOULD NOT BASE ANYTHING ON THIS. When rushing you shouldn't base it on where a fraternity is ranked. In a year Fiji will probably be more popular than SAE and Kap Sig. Phi Psi and Alpha Sig could rise to different degrees depending on how things work out for them. It's hard to tell because they're so new. Everything is fluctuating. But none of that really matters in the end. Rush around, see what you like. It's all about personal fit. These are the guys you'll have around you for the rest of college. These are the guys you will grab a beer with, chase women with, or even just chill and watch hoops or play FIFA with. Don't let a fraternity's rank cloud your judgement.

I agree with everything here. Go to a place where u like the guys the most, thats what its all about

And if people keep acting like complete tards they'll get kicked off and that will shake things up too. AEPi getting kicked off opened up a whole bunch of opportunity for theta chi and DTD to get a better rep and PSK getting kicked off gave ZBT the chance to get more guys. When I was a freshman I think they had maybe 15 guys. Now they're right on par with everyone else as far as numbers.

Not true, they stepped their game up a lot with their last PC and their weird older guys graduated. Pi Kapp has definitely been throwing down lately, but DTD and Theta Chi haven't done anything to suggest improvement.
