Pi Kapp is bottom tier. Worse than Phi Psi or Lambda Chi if only based on sheer irrelevance.

I think one could argue that Theta Chi is better than Sig Pi right now. And no I'm not in Theta Chi, they just seem to be doing really well as of late.
