i understand the idea of these tumblrs is to create the best image possible for your chapters, but come on theta....only maybe 2 pictures of any of your "non-bro bibles worthy" girls? really false advertising if you ask me and not very sisterly.

all these tumblrs do is give everyone a way to flaunt their looks. do you all really believe that you all have nothing else of value???

@wow: every sorority tries to make their chapter look good. Unless you have a chapter with truly gorgeous girls, where you can't find any flaws, it's hypocritical. Obviously in the pictures thetas goin to try to show of the really hot girls. Tumblr is for recruitment purposes. But I just looked at their tumblr and saw all different kinds of girls. Also I do my sororities tumblr and it's all about who sends pictures into use. Also take a look at aephi, and adpis tumblr; they do the same thing!! Maybe take another look at the tumblr for more than 5 seconds and you'll see. I'd like to know which chapter you are from.

it's a valid point. who do girls make these tumblrs for? guys attention? or are these legit supposed to be for recruitment? all i can gather from most of these is that the chapters really like going to the beach and formals. there's nothing about big/littles, actual FRIENDSHIPS, nothing! It isn't hard to find a good looking group of people to associate yourself with, but what about the actual relationships you'll be forming?? it's fine we have a great looking tumblr!

You realize that most of the pictures on these tumblrs (aside from alpha phi in their bikinis) are of people with their best friends and bigs/littles, right? Maybe if you got to know the people in other sororities and looked at more than the first couple pictures on the tumblrs you would realize that.

Tumblrs are purely visual blogs for the most part so they should be mainly pictures, but i agree they're weird to me. they seem to be for guys' enjoyment more than recruiting new girls.
