Is Sig Ep actually good?

No one I know at UD has been or goes to Sig EP. Are they good or does everyone on this website hype them up? My thoughts are they are not a real frat and no one says any different than them being the best on this website.

The top frats are much more exclusive. Sig Ep/Sig Nu/SAE ar groupie oriented. Parties might not be as big but they get the most attractive girls which makes them top.

Sig Ep brothers went to the same all boys catholic high school (which isn’t really that prestigious in my opinion there are more challenging public schools in delaware with cooler kids) so it’s kind of a continuation of that small minded delaware mentality. These kids brought high school to college and added women cause they were so deprived of them for 4 years and try to act all “exclusive” haha its comical. Soco overrated as well…
