It's because they are coming back on campus. Sig Nu was forced to do the same thing last spring.

It is absolutely not an advantage. Why do you think sig chi’s seniors are weird and same with sig nu freshman last year. They force you to bulk up your numbers with people they see as good fits academically and through community service
