-Not much to say about the top 5. They’ve all solidified themselves as the best UD has to offer. Only possible change is Sig Nu could rejoin Sig Ep as the top 2. The weirdos they got when they came back on all dropped so they’re set to move up. Pi Kapp had a rough spring but they’re set for a big fall to prevent a slide.
-A Sig has used the KAstle to perfection and they’re set in lower top but losing that house may hurt them. For now, they’re steady but that could change if they can’t keep drawing cool PCs. Sig Chi climbed a bit when they first came back on and now they’re solid in the spot they’re in. After Sig Ep and Sig Nu, they draw the most Delaware kids so they’ll always be set for cool rushees. Kap Sig lost a LOT of great seniors, the last class before they went off campus. Their crew is weaker now so I predict a bit of a fall but they probably won’t fall much. Delta Chi crushed last fall but gave a few questionable bids in the spring. I have them steady but they could have another strong fall and take Kap Sig’s spot. KA is back on campus and that should help them a lot. Even with a much weaker group than the past, the prospect of getting the KAstle back in a couple years should entice a lot of kids to join.
-After years of lower mid mediocrity, Lambda started pulling cooler kids. They ditched the nerdy frat persona and have a decent rep now. They may not crack the top but they’ve entrenched themselves as the best the middle tier has. DTD was probably the most middle of the road a frat could get at one point. They also started pulling some cool kids and are near the top of mid with Lambda. Phi Psi used to lower top but they’ve had a few members drag their rep down over time. Personally, I think they falling will stop and they’ll be able to hold steady again but they’ll never be what they once were.
-With a cap on frats, FIJI has a tough road ahead of them. They still haven’t completely figured out the off campus semantics and had a tough year numbers wise. Hope the best for them but they need to pull larger PCs now. As the largest fraternity, Pike always pulls the largest PCs cuz of their mass appeal. They have the ability to move up a bit more but soon they’ll have to get selective. KDR has had two huge scandals in the past that sunk them from upper mid but they’ve been solid the past two years. N Chap is a banger. APES is confusing. They’re still solid socially but their numbers have always held them back. If they have one bad semester numbers wise, it may lead them down a dark path.
-Sig Pi made the greatest leap of any fraternity last year. They have cool kids and have a chance to keep their momentum up if they crush this semester. AEPi appeared like they were rising at one point but they have not had the best word of mouth the past year. They need to do something to change their image for the better. ZBT has been in this position for awhile (just above bottom tier). I think they’ll stay here for the foreseeable future.

-Beta is the nerdy frat. Smart mofos who like to party. I think that ties them to where they are. TKE had steam in their beginning years but not anymore. They’re stagnant in the spot right now. They are one of the more diverse fraternities though so props to them.
DU has been moving up slowly but surely. Hopefully they can continue their upward trend. SPD is the engineering fraternity so that kind of limits who joins and prevents them from moving up. Besides that, they’re super smarty guys who just like to have fun. Respect.
-I’d put PKT as falling if I thought they could fall further. They have just had a poor rep over the past few years and not too much respect from other fraternities. Nice guys but that’s all there is to be said. AGR is the Agro fraternity so that limits who they can get like SPD. They have pretty attractive agro groupies so props to them for that. Super cool guys in a small fraternity. TEP may be new but they’re not building to a great reputation so far. They may only have a year or two left to change that.

u seem to know a lot so props to u. only changes i'd make are theta chi and delta chi (+) and asig and phi si (-) but that's overly analytical anyway
